Stepping out on faith, with the support of his wife and 4 other people who believed and met in his barber shop for bible study, Apostle Chris founded Harvest Church in Hampton, Virginia. The first service was held in his barber shop. He is a man of global vision and destiny, and is anointed to take the gospel to the nations.
Armed with the Word of God and with a heart for God's people, the ministry is continuing to grow in God's grace and timing. Believing in the vision that God gave him of a global ministry, Harvest Church is taking the word of faith beyond the four walls of the church and into the nations. Apostle Chris has broken the stereotype of yesterday’s preacher. He is the leader of a new breed of Kingdom Ambassadors who embrace the idea of capitalizing on the ever-increasing marketplace of Internet and technological innovations to spread the gospel through mediums such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook .

He believes that God is not only in the church, but He is also in technology. Apostle Chris is a native of South Carolina. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, a Master's degree in Biblical Studies and a Doctorate degree in Theology. He is also the founder of Apostolic School of Faith (ASoF), a bible school with the mission to produce anointed men and women to serve in their God-ordained assignments with excellence, integrity, and with a spirit of faith. He also founded the Harvest House Food Bank, and the Harvest House Soup Kitchen, which are nonprofit organizations that help provide emergency food assistance to low-income families and the elderly in the Hampton Roads area.
This dynamic servant is the author of two ground-breaking books entitled, Victorious Living and The FaithBook. In Victorious Living, he delivers powerful insight on how to live a prosperous life through God's Word that will put you on the path to victorious living. This book will teach you how to start every day declaring God's word and promises over your life. In The FaithBook, he masterfully explores the subtle, but perilous issues that work against faith. In this book, Apostle Chris strips away the common errors and misconceptions surrounding faith to reveal the nature, character, and power of true faith. This book will teach you how to live in the “Faith Dimension.” He is currently working on his third book entitled, Kingdom Jurisdiction.
